Mrs. Locke is a graduate of McMaster University, with an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree and a Chartered Accountant designation. She has practiced in the areas of Mergers, Acquisitions, Valuations and Corporate Turnarounds with Ernst and Young and PriceWaterhouseCoopers. In addition, Mrs. Locke has held various executive positions in the Aerospace and Automotive sectors in the United States and Canada drawing on her core strengths of visionary corporate leadership and strategic corporate growth. She has 10 years of experience in senior executive roles in the Retail Sector.

Mrs. Locke is a member of the Board of Directors of the Art Gallery of Hamilton and St. Joseph's Healthcare Foundation. She is currently enrolled in The Directors College.
